Surrender process

Surrenders are admitted by appointment only.

At the time of your appointment, please bring the following with you:

• A $30 surrender fee for each animal surrendered. This fee will assist us with the ongoing care and medical needs of your pet while in the Adoption Centre
• Vaccination, desexing and microchip certificates
• Any medical history
• If you are not the carer, a signed letter from the carer giving you permission to surrender the animal on their behalf
• Any items belonging to the animal such as bedding and toys.
