WHAT TO DO
- Seek veterinary treatment as soon as possible
- Monitor that it is able to urinate
WHAT IS IT?
Could be a urinary tract infection, uroliths, tumour
CLINICAL SIGNS
- Blood in urine
- Pain when urinating
- Lethargy
- Not eating or drinking
CAUSES
- Cystitis, uroliths, blocked urethra, tumour
TREATMENT
- Antibiotics
- Urolith removal (will need sedation or surgery depending on where the urolith is)
